VALLEY AND SOUTHERN LARAMIE RANGE THROUGH 7 PM. RAINFALL COULD BE
MODERATE TO HEAVY AT TIMES...WITH RATES OF AT LEAST ONE QUARTER
TO ONE HALF INCH PER HOUR LIKELY. VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO
ONE HALF MILE IN THE HEAVY RAIN...WITH GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 MPH.
