* WINDS...SUSTAINED SOUTHWEST WINDS AT 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS UP
  TO 60 MPH.

* IMPACTS...HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES WILL BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO BLOWOVERS ESPECIALLY
