.ANOTHER UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL PUSH INTO WYOMING LATE
TONIGHT. THIS DISTURBANCE WILL RESULT IN AN INCREASING SURFACE
PRESSURE GRADIENT AHEAD OF THE SYSTEM BY EARLY MONDAY MORNING
ALONG INTERSTATE 80 BETWEEN RAWLINS AND CHEYENNE.

* WINDS...WEST 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TO TRANSPORTATION. PERIODS OF STRONG WINDS
  MAY RESULT IN HAZARDOUS TRAVELING CONDITIONS TO HIGH PROFILE
