...STRONG WINDS OVER PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING SATURDAY
AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...

.WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE AREA THIS
AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT. THESE WINDS WILL BECOME
STRONG OVER THE WIND PRONE AREAS OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING. SUSTAINED
WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS BETWEEN 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 65
MPH WILL OCCUR. THE STRONG WINDS WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING
SNOW WITH VISIBILITIES NEAR ZERO AT TIMES.

* WINDS...WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 65
  MPH.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TO HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES AND LIGHT WEIGHT
  TRAILERS AS SUDDEN STRONG GUSTS WILL POSE A SIGNIFICANT BLOW
  OVER RISK.

* ADDITIONAL IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL RESULT IN BLOWING AND
  DRIFTING SNOW ALONG INTERSTATE 80. ALL MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO
  USE CAUTION AND BE PREPARED FOR A SUDDEN DROP IN VISIBILITIES
  ALONG WITH DRIFTING SNOW. VISIBILITIES WILL LOWER TO NEAR ZERO
  AT TIMES IN THE ARLINGTON AREA.
