.AREAS OF DENSE FOG HAVE DEVELOPED FROM BUFORD TO THE INTERSTATE
80 SUMMIT IN THE SOUTH LARAMIE RANGE BETWEEN LARAMIE AND CHEYENNE.
THE DENSE FOG IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE INTO THURSDAY MORNING WITH
THE MOIST SOUTHEASTERLY UPSLOPE WINDS CONTINUING.

* IMPACTS...THOSE TRAVELING ON INTERSTATE 80 BETWEEN LARAMIE AND
  CHEYENNE WYOMING SHOULD BE PREPARED TO SLOW DOWN BETWEEN BUFORD
  AND THE INTERSTATE 80 SUMMIT EAST OF LARAMIE. IF YOU ARE
  TRAVELING IN THESE AREAS...ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR
