* TIMING...THROUGH LATE TONIGHT.

* WINDS...WEST TO SOUTHWEST 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 65 MPH.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TO TRANSPORTATION. STRONG CROSS WINDS WILL
  RESULT IN A SIGNIFICANT BLOW OVER RISK FOR LIGHT WEIGHT AND HIGH
  PROFILE VEHICLES. AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW MAY REDUCE VISIBILITIES
  AND PRODUCE SLICK ROADS IN SPOTS.
