.A STRONG JET STREAM ALOFT WILL COMBINE WITH STRENGTHENING WINDS
NEAR THE SURFACE TO PRODUCE VERY STRONG WINDS TODAY. SNOW SHOWERS
MAY OCCUR AT TIMES IN THE HIGH VALLEYS OUT WEST FROM THE LATE
MORNING THROUGH AFTERNOON...WITH SHOWERS DEVELOPING ALONG AND EAST
OF THE LARAMIE RANGE BY LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE SNOW
MIXED WITH STRONG WINDS COULD REDUCE VISIBILITIES AT TIMES DOWN TO
ONE HALF MILE OR LESS...AND PRODUCE SLICK ROAD CONDITIONS.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY MORNING AND
  WILL REMAIN STRONG THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING.

* WINDS...WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS 35 TO 50 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 60
  TO 70 MPH.

* IMPACTS...THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT BLOW OVER RISK FOR HIGH PROFILE
  VEHICLES TRAVELING ALONG INTERSTATES 25 AND 80 BECAUSE OF STRONG
  WINDS. DRIVERS OF SUCH VEHICLES SHOULD NOT TRAVEL THIS STRETCH
  OF ROAD. THE STRONG WIND WILL CREATE DANGEROUS CROSS WINDS THAT
  WILL MAKE TRAVEL EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS. SLICK ROADWAYS AND REDUCED
  VISIBILITIES IN SNOW SHOWERS AND STRONG WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE
