* TIMING...WINDS INCREASING THIS MORNING AND CONTINUING THIS
  AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...NORTH TO NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...GUSTY NORTH AND NORTHWEST WINDS WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF
  BLOWING DUST AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES...AS WELL AS MAKING IT
  DIFFICULT AT TIMES TO DRIVE HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES...MAINLY ON
  NORTH TO SOUTH ORIENTED ROADS.
