  INTO THE WEST AND INCREASE AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT. GUSTS UP TO
  60 MPH ARE POSSIBLE BY EARLY MONDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...WEST 30 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH.
