EAST CENTRAL WYOMING INTO THE CENTRAL NEBRASKA PANHANDLE. FREEZING
FOG COULD ALSO RESULT IN SLICK ROADWAYS...MAKING TRAVEL
POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS. FOG WILL LIFT BY AROUND 8 AM THIS MORNING.
