THURSDAY MORNING FROM EAST CENTRAL WYOMING INTO THE CENTRAL
NEBRASKA PANHANDLE. FREEZING FOG COULD ALSO RESULT IN SLICK
ROADWAYS...MAKING TRAVEL ESPECIALLY HAZARDOUS. THE FOG WILL
DISSIPATE AFTER SUNRISE THURSDAY.

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM MST THURSDAY.

* TIMING...THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY.

* VISIBILITY...LOCALLY LESS THAN ONE QUARTER OF A MILE.

* IMPACTS...LOW VISIBILITY AND LIGHT ICING FROM FREEZING FOG WILL
  MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS. IF TRAVELING...ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME TO
  REACH YOUR DESTINATION AND REMEMBER TO USE YOUR LOW BEAM
