LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON...

* TIMING...FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON. THE
  STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED SATURDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...WEST TO SOUTHWEST 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 70 MPH.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TO TRANSPORTATION. TRAVEL WILL BE HAZARDOUS TO
  LIGHT WEIGHT AND HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES...ESPECIALLY ON NORTH TO
  SOUTH ORIENTED ROADWAYS. THERE WILL BE AN ENHANCED RISK FOR
  VEHICLE BLOW OVERS...ESPECIALLY NEAR ARLINGTON AND BORDEAUX AND
  THE INTERSTATE 80 SUMMIT BETWEEN LARAMIE AND CHEYENNE.

A HIGH WIND WATCH MEANS THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR A HAZARDOUS
HIGH WIND EVENT. SUSTAINED WINDS OF AT LEAST 40 MPH...OR GUSTS OF
