THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON...

.AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER EASTERN MONTANA WILL STRENGTHEN THE
PRESSURE GRADIENT ACROSS SOUTHEAST WYOMING TODAY. THIS WILL ALLOW
HIGH WINDS TO DEVELOP BY MID AFTERNOON OVER THE WIND PRONE AREAS
SUCH AS ARLINGTON AND BORDEAUX...AND INTERSTATE 80 BETWEEN LARAMIE
AND CHEYENNE. WINDS MAY ALSO SPREAD ONTO THE ADJACENT PLAINS OF
EASTERN PLATTE COUNTY THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN
STRONG THROUGH SATURDAY.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL BECOME STRONG BY MID AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE
  THROUGH SATURDAY.

* WINDS...WEST-TO-SOUTHWEST 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 65 MPH.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TO TRANSPORTATION. STRONG WINDS MAY RESULT IN
