MORNING WITH LOWER TO MID 30S FOR THE LOWER VALLEYS WEST OF THE
LARAMIE RANGE. THESE COLD TEMPERATURES WILL LEAD TO THE DEVELOPMENT
OF FROST IN THE LARAMIE VALLEY AS WELL AS OTHER VALLEYS TO THE WEST.
