SATURDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...STRONG WINDS WILL DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT AND CONTINUE
  THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 65 MPH.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TO TRANSPORTATION. STRONG AND GUSTY CROSSWINDS
  WILL POSE A SIGNIFICANT BLOW OVER RISK FOR HIGH PROFILE AND
  LIGHTWEIGHT VEHICLES. IN ADDITION...FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW
  WILL LIMIT VISIBILITIES ALONG INTERSTATE 80 IN THESE AREAS.

A HIGH WIND WARNING MEANS A HAZARDOUS HIGH WIND EVENT IS EXPECTED
OR OCCURRING. SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF AT LEAST 40 MPH OR GUSTS
OF 58 MPH OR MORE CAN LEAD TO PROPERTY DAMAGE.
