ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM MST THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...UNTIL 6 PM THIS EVENING

* WINDS...WEST WINDS WILL SHIFT INTO THE NORTHWEST LATE THIS
  MORNING AND THIS AFTERNOON. SUSTAINED WINDS BETWEEN 30 TO 35 MPH
  WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED FOR THE SOUTHERN NEBRASKA
  PANHANDLE.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES WITH STRONG CROSS WINDS.
  THOSE WITH LIGHT TRAILERS OR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ARE URGED TO
  USE CAUTION THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.
