...STRONG OUTFLOW WINDS POSSIBLE ACROSS CARBON AND ALBANY
COUNTIES...

AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND WEAK THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO PUSH
EAST ACROSS CARBON AND ALBANY COUNTIES THROUGH 7 PM. THESE SHOWERS
WILL INTERACT WITH VERY DRY AIR NEAR THE GROUND TO PRODUCE GUSTY
OUTFLOW WINDS. ALTHOUGH WIND GUSTS WILL GENERALLY BE BETWEEN 35
AND 45 MPH...GUSTS TO 55 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE BENEATH THE
STRONGEST ACTIVITY. RESIDENTS IN THESE AREAS ALONG WITH MOTORISTS
TRAVELLING ALONG INTERSTATE 80 WEST OF LARAMIE SHOULD BE PREPARED
TO ENCOUNTER THESE STRONG WINDS SHOULD THEY OCCUR.
