Southwest winds will remain strong through the early evening
hours. Sustained winds of 30 to 40 mph with gusts of 50 to 55 mph
at times are expected. People traveling along Interstate 80 from
Arlington to Rawlins should use caution late this afternoon as
risk for blow offs or blowovers is possible. Winds will begin to
subside by early evening.
