...LOCALLY DENSE FOG CONTINUES ALONG THE NORTH PLATTE RIVER
VALLEY...

AREAS OF FOG...SOME LOCALLY DENSE...WILL OCCUR OVER PARTS OF THE
PANHANDLE INTO EXTREME EASTERN WYOMING THROUGH LATE MORNING...MOST
PROMINENT IN THE NORTH PLATTE RIVER VALLEY. VISIBILITIES WILL BE
GENERALLY FROM ONE-HALF TO A MILE BUT SOME SPOTS MAY LOWER TO
AROUND ONE-QUARTER MILE. THE FOG SHOULD LIFT SLOWLY BY MID MORNING.

MOTORISTS IN THESE AREAS ARE ADVISED TO DRIVE ACCORDINGLY AND
ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH THEIR DESTINATIONS THIS MORNING.
