A period of strong northwesterly winds should move across extreme
southeast Wyoming and the southern Panhandle through 3 PM. A few
gusts over 50 mph are likely. The winds will diminish later this
afternoon.

Motorists, especially those in light and/or high profile vehicles,
are advised to be prepared for these strong wind gusts and delay
travel if necessary.
