WYOMING...

AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL LIKELY CONTINUE TO INCREASE IN COVERAGE
THE REST OF THE NIGHT ACROSS PART OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING OVER
SOUTHERN ALBANY COUNTY...SOUTHERN PLATTE COUNTY AND MUCH OF
LARAMIE COUNTY.

IN PARTICULAR...THE DENSE FOG...WITH VISIBILITIES AT OR BELOW
ONE QUARTER OF A MILE WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE ALONG INTERSTATE
80 BETWEEN LARAMIE AND CHEYENNE...INCLUDING THE INTERSTATE 80
SUMMIT...THROUGH THE PRE DAWN HOURS.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MAY BE ISSUED SHORTLY IF THE DENSE FOG
CONTINUES TO INCREASE IN COVERAGE.

IN THE MEANTIME...WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING ACROSS SOUTHEAST WYOMING...
ESPECIALLY OVER INTERSTATE 80 BETWEEN LARAMIE AND CHEYENNE AND
OVER THE SUMMIT...PLEASE WATCH FOR AREAS OF DENSE FOG AND
VISIBILITIES AT OR BELOW ONE QUARTER OF A MILE.

WHEN DRIVING IN DENSE FOG...SLOW DOWN TO A SAFE SPEED...USE YOUR
LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND ALLOW FOR EXTRA TRAVEL TIME TO SAFELY
REACH YOUR DESTINATION.

THE MAJORITY OF ACCIDENTS IN DENSE FOG ARE CAUSED WHEN DRIVERS
DRIVE TOO FAST FOR THE LIMITED VISIBILITY...SO WHEN YOU
ENCOUNTER DENSE FOG...PLEASE SLOW DOWN TO A SAFE AND REASONABLE
SPEED.
