West to southwest winds of 35 to 40 mph with gusts to 55 mph will
be possible in the Arlington area through the early afternoon. If
traveling through this area along Interstate 80, beware of strong
cross winds. Travel will be hazardous for light weight and high
profile vehicles. The winds are expected to come down some by late
this afternoon.
