...NEAR FREEZING TEMPERATURES EXPECTED TONIGHT ALONG WITH LIGHT
SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS...

RAIN IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP FROM NORTH TO SOUTH ACROSS THE HIGH
PLAINS OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING AND THE WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE
TODAY. TEMPERATURES WILL GRADUALLY BECOME COLD ENOUGH FOR RAIN TO
MIX WITH OR CHANGE ENTIRELY TO SNOW BY EARLY THURSDAY EVENING. AN
INCH OR TWO OF ACCUMULATION WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY
MORNING...MAINLY ON GRASSY SURFACES. IN ADDITION TO THE SNOW...A
WIDESPREAD FROST AND FREEZE EVENT IS EXPECTED. TEMPERATURES WILL
FALL TO NEAR OR SLIGHTLY BELOW FREEZING AFTER MIDNIGHT AND REMAIN
COLD THROUGH SUNRISE FRIDAY. FARMERS AND RANCHERS...AS WELL AS
THOSE WITH GARDENS OR SENSITIVE OUTDOOR PLANTS SHOULD BE PREPARED
FOR A POSSIBLE KILLING FREEZE.
