THIS MORNING...PLEASE WATCH FOR AREAS OF FOG...LOCALLY DENSE WITH
VISIBILITIES AT OR BELOW ONE QUARTER OF A MILE...AROUND
ALLIANCE...SCOTTSBLUFF AND TORRINGTON AND NEARBY LOCATIONS.

VISIBILITIES IN FOG WILL CONTINUE TO IMPROVE THROUGH LATE MORNING
BUT IN THE MEANTIME...WHEN YOU ENCOUNTER FOG...PARTICULARLY
DENSE FOG...PLEASE SLOW DOWN...USE YOUR LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS AND
PLEASE ALLOW FOR EXTRA TRAVEL TIME TO SAFELY REACH YOUR
DESTINATION.

ALSO...PLEASE WATCH FOR LOCAL SLICK SPOTS ON AREA ROADWAYS...
INCLUDING BLACK ICE WHERE FREEZING FOG HAS FORMED ALONG ROADS.
