...STRONG WIND GUSTS WITH ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON...

THROUGH 6 PM...EXPECT SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS
TO 50 MPH TO CONTINUE ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST AND WEST
CENTRAL CARBON COUNTY. THESE GUSTS WILL INCLUDE THE CITIES OF
RAWLINS...SINCLAIR...DIXON...BAGGS AND SARATOGA. AN INCREASED
THREAT FOR BLOW OFF AND BLOW OVERS FOR HIGH PROFILE AND LIGHT
WEIGHT VEHICLES WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. IN
ADDITION...ISOLATED TO WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA. WITH THESE GUSTY WINDS AND LOW
AFTERNOON HUMIDITIES...LOCALLY CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
WILL DEVELOP. AVOID OUTDOOR BURNING AS FIRES COULD SPREAD QUICKLY
UNDER THESE CONDITIONS. HUMIDITIES ARE EXPECTED TO SLOWLY INCREASE
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO
INCREASE IN COVERAGE.
