PATCHY DENSE FOG HAS DEVELOPED ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE WESTERN
NEBRASKA PANHANDLE. THE LOWEST VISIBILITY CAN BE EXPECTED BETWEEN
ALLIANCE AND SIDNEY...AND POINTS NORTHWEST ALONG THE PLATTE RIVER
VALLEY. VISIBILITIES MAY BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE AT
TIMES. USE CAUTION WHEN TRAVELING AS ROADS COULD BE SLICK...AND
REMEMBER TO USE YOUR LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS.
