...BANDS OF MODERATE TO LOCALLY HEAVY SNOW THIS MORNING...

SNOW HAS DEVELOPED ACROSS CARBON AND CONVERSE COUNTIES THIS
MORNING WITH MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW FALLING AT TIMES. THIS BAND OF
SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO TRACK NORTHEAST OVER THE AREA WITH
VISIBILITIES LOWERING BETWEEN ONE HALF MILE TO ONE MILE AT TIMES.
WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS MAY OCCASIONAL GUST BETWEEN 30 TO 45 MPH
RESULTING IN BRIEF BLOWING SNOW.

MOTORISTS TRAVELING ALONG INTERSTATE 25 NORTH OF WHEATLAND...AND
THOSE TRAVELING ALONG INTERSTATE 80 WEST OF LARAMIE ARE URGED TO
USE CAUTION...SLOW DOWN...AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR
DESTINATION THIS MORNING. CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE
LATER THIS MORNING.
