A LOCALIZED AREA OF FOG...SOME OF WHICH IS LOCALLY DENSE WILL
CONTINUE OVER THE INTERSTATE 80 SUMMIT BETWEEN CHEYENNE AND
LARAMIE THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL BE
REDUCED BRIEFLY TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS. WINDS WILL TURN
WESTERLY...LIFTING THIS FOG BY 3 OR 4 AM. MOTORISTS TRAVELING
INTERSTATE 80 OR HAPPY JACK ROAD BETWEEN CHEYENNE AND LARAMIE
SHOULD BE PREPARED TO ENCOUNTER THIS FOG...SLOW DOWN AND USE LOW
BEAM HEADLAMPS.
