INTERSTATE 80 FROM LARAMIE TO CHEYENNE. AREAS OF BLACK ICE HAVE
BEEN REPORTED IN THE AREA...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE INTERSTATE 80
SUMMIT WEST OF CHEYENNE...AND ALONG INTERSTATE 25 JUST SOUTH OF
CHEYENNE.

MOTORIST ARE URGED TO USE CAUTION DUE TO A COMBINATION OF REDUCED
VISIBILITIES AND SLICK ROADWAYS.
