MPH WILL CONTINUE THROUGH NOON TODAY. MOTORISTS TRAVELING IN
LIGHTWEIGHT AND HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES SHOULD BE PREPARED TO
ENCOUNTER STRONG WIND GUSTS BETWEEN CHEYENNE AND LARAMIE AND
CHOOSE AN ALTERNATE ROUTE IF NECESSARY. WIND GUSTS WILL LESSSEN
