FOG WAS DEVELOPING OVER THE SOUTHERN LARAMIE RANGE AND FOOTHILLS...
INCLUDING THE INTERSTATE 80 SUMMIT. VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED
TO A HALF MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. THE FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH
THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.

MOTORISTS TRAVELING ALONG INTERSTATE 80 BETWEEN CHEYENNE AND
LARAMIE SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES OVER
SHORT DISTANCES AND REDUCE SPEEDS WHEN ENCOUNTERING FOG.
