Plan on difficult travel conditions, including during the overnight hours and evening commute on Monday. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 9 inches, with localized amounts up to 15 inches, are expected over the Laramie Range. Sierra Madre Range and Snowy Range can expect 12 to 18 inches with localized amounts up to 2 feet on north facing slopes. * WHERE...North and West of a line from Alliance to Torrington to Buford. * WHEN...6 PM today to midnight Monday night. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 30 mph will cause patchy blowing and drifting snow.
