* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE EVENING.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS THROUGH THE
  EVENING WILL BE MOSTLY 1 TO 4 INCHES.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTHERLY WINDS AT 10 TO 20 MPH. VISIBILITIES
  COULD BE REDUCED TO UNDER A HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...SNOW AND SNOW PACKED ROADS MAY CREATE DANGEROUS
  TRAVEL DUE TO LOW VISIBILITIES AND DRIFTING SNOW.

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER
