...WINTER CONDITIONS TO CONTINUE THROUGH THIS EVENING...

.A GENERAL LULL IN THE SNOWFALL WILL END THIS AFTERNOON AS SECOND
WEATHER DISTURBANCE MOVES ACROSS THE AREA PRODUCING ANOTHER ROUND
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS. ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS TODAY AND
TONIGHT WILL GENERALLY BE MINIMAL WITH LESS THAN 2 INCHES FOR MOST
LOCATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE MOUNTAINS. GUSTY NORTH WINDS WILL CREATE
BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES AT TIMES.
DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT AND CONTINUE
THROUGH MUCH OF WEDNESDAY MORNING AS ARCTIC AIR CONTINUES TO SPILL

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHEYENNE HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
UNTIL MIDNIGHT MST TONIGHT. THE WINTER STORM WARNING HAS BEEN
CANCELLED.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS WILL BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD THIS
  AFTERNOON. SNOW WILL END THIS EVENING.

* ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...MAINLY AROUND 1 INCH...WITH 2 TO
  3 INCHES INTO THE MOUNTAINS.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTH 10 TO 15 WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
  VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL REMAIN DIFFICULT DUE TO ICY ROADWAYS AND
  BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
