TODAY AND BE STRONGEST TONIGHT. WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH
ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THIS EVENING AND CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY
MORNING IN THE WIND PRONE AREAS OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING. OUTSIDE THE
WIND PRONE AREAS...WIND GUSTS OF 40 TO 45 MPH WILL CREATE AREAS OF

WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 11 AM MST
THURSDAY. THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* TIMING...TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...WESTERLY 35 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS IN EXCESS OF
  60 MPH TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING. THESE WINDS...COMBINED
  WITH RECENT FRESH SNOW WILL CREATE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW THAT
  WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES. CONSIDERABLE
  DRIFTING SNOW IS EXPECTED CREATING SLICK ROADS AND HAZARDOUS
  DRIVING CONDITIONS.

* IMPACTS...MOSTLY TO TRAVEL ON INTERSTATE 80 NEAR ARLINGTON AND
  THE I-80 SUMMIT BETWEEN CHEYENNE AND LARAMIE. INTERSTATE 25 NEAR
  BORDEAUX WILL BE IMPACTED BY THESE STRONG WINDS AND BLOWING SNOW
  AS WELL. SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WITH ASSOCIATED
  LOW VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED.
