...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW LIKELY TO SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT TRAVEL
ALONG THE INTERSTATE 80 CORRIDOR BETWEEN RAWLINS AND LARAMIE
THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING...

.HEAVY MOUNTAIN SNOWS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS AS
MOIST WESTERLY FLOW ALOFT INTERACTS WITH THE TERRAIN. AN
ADDITIONAL 12 TO 18 INCHES OF SNOW IS LIKELY FOR THE SNOWY AND
SIERRA MADRE MOUNTAIN RANGES THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING. STORM TOTAL
ACCUMULATIONS MAY APPROACH 4 FEET ON WEST AND NORTHWEST FACING
SLOPES. MINIMAL SNOW AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED ELSEWHERE. HOWEVER...
GUSTY WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH SNOW TO PRODUCE VERY LOW
VISIBILITIES. THIS WILL BE ESPECIALLY TRUE IN AND AROUND
ARLINGTON...ALONG INTERSTATE 80 BETWEEN LARAMIE AND RAWLINS.

  SNOWFALL.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...WIND GUSTS BETWEEN 30 AND 40 MPH COULD CAUSE
  VISIBILITIES UNDER ONE QUARTER OF A MILE IN BLOWING SNOW.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL ALONG INTERSTATE 80 IN THE ARLINGTON AREA
  BETWEEN LARAMIE AND RAWLINS WILL BECOME VERY HAZARDOUS. NEAR
  WHITEOUT CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE WITH POTENTIAL FOR SIGNIFICANT

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL ALONG HIGHWAY 230 BETWEEN WOODS LANDING AND THE
  STATE LINE...AND BETWEEN ENCAMPMENT AND THE STATE LINE MAY BE
  IMPACTED BY THE WINTRY CONDITIONS. OUTDOOR ENTHUSIASTS PLANNING
