...STORM SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO IMPACT THE CENTRAL ROCKIES AND
PLAINS TODAY...

.A PACIFIC STORM SYSTEM WILL SLOWLY MOVE EAST FROM THE CENTRAL
ROCKIES AND INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS TODAY. SNOW WILL CONTINUE
ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING AND WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE
DURING THIS TIME. WHILE SNOW IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE REGION...WARM
GROUND TEMPERATURES WILL LIMIT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS. MINIMAL SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE FOUND INTO LOWER ELEVATIONS SUCH AS THE
LOWER NORTH PLATTE RIVER VALLEY.

  SNOW FOR LOWER ELEVATIONS SUCH AS THROUGH MUCH OF THE NORTH
  PLATTE RIVER VALLEY.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTH TO NORTHEAST WIND AT 5 TO 10 MPH...
  INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 MPH THIS AFTERNOON. VISIBILITIES WILL BE
