...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW TO IMPACT TRAVEL ALONG INTERSTATE 80
BETWEEN CHEYENNE AND RAWLINS...

.AN UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM WILL PRODUCE SNOW BANDS ACROSS PORTIONS OF
SOUTHEAST WYOMING TODAY AND TONIGHT. THESE BANDS OF SNOW WILL
COMBINE WITH GUSTY NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS TO PRODUCE AREAS OF
BLOWING SNOW ALONG WITH SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES. THE
GREATEST IMPACTS TO TRAVEL WILL BE ALONG INTERSTATE 80 FROM
CHEYENNE TO RAWLINS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE CHANCE OF
SNOW WILL DIMINISH BY LATE TONIGHT.

WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
UNTIL 2 AM MST THURSDAY.

* TIMING...THROUGH 2 AM THURSDAY.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 5 INCHES AROUND ARLINGTON WITH 3
  TO 7 INCHES OVER THE INTERSTATE 80 SUMMIT. AMOUNTS COULD BE
  LOCALLY HIGHER IN HEAVIER SNOW SHOWERS.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTH TO NORTHWEST WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH THIS
  AFTERNOON. BANDS OF SNOW COULD PRODUCE BRIEF MODERATE TO HEAVY
  SNOW AND REDUCE VISIBILITIES BELOW ONE HALF MILE WHEN COMBINED
  WITH GUSTY WINDS.

* IMPACTS...MOSTLY TO TRAVEL DUE TO FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW.
  TRAVEL WILL BE HAZARDOUS.
