THIS IS THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE MARCH WITH ABOVE NORMAL SNOWFALL. A RECORD DAILY MAXIMUM SNOWFALL OF 4.8 INCHES WAS SET ON THE 5TH. THIS BROKE THE OLD RECORD OF 4.4 INCHES SET IN 1888. $$ DH/SMZ
