A line of showers and thunderstorms will continue to move
southeastward, from northwest Kansas, and into parts of southwest and
south central Kansas. The storms will move toward Syracuse to Scott
City, Dighton, and Wakeeney by 6 to 7 pm CDT. Severe thunderstorms
are not likely, with the main threat of strong gusty winds to 40 or
50 mph, small hail, and brief heavy rainfall.
