...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN NESS...TREGO AND
NORTHEASTERN LANE COUNTIES THROUGH 200 PM CDT...

At 119 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Utica, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Ness,
Trego and northeastern Lane Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for west central
Kansas.
