* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...WIDESPREAD HALF INCH TO THREE-QUARTERS INCH.
  AREAS THAT SEE HEAVIEST RAINFALL AND TEMPERATURES AROUND 29 OR 30
  DEGREES FOR A LONG DURATION OF TIME COULD SEE CRIPPLING ACCUMULATIONS
