.DISCUSSION...

Overcast skies early this morning are expected to become mostly
sunny by 1300 today as dry air aloft moves into the area. Snow
flurries will be possible this morning, but no accumulation is
expected. Dry air will be mixing to the surface early this
afternoon as mixing height increases to around 6,000 ft. Minimum
RH this afternoon is expected to be around 25%. Winds will be from
the northwest today around 9-12 mph with excellent smoke dispersal
expected. Similar conditions are forecast for tomorrow as deep
mixing once again drops min RH to around 25%. Winds will shift
slightly this evening to the west and remain westerly on Sunday
with excellent smoke dispersal occurring during the daytime hours.
