These storms are expected to bring strong wind gusts, a very low risk for a tornado, and locally heavy rainfall. The Storm Prediction Center is forecasting a Slight Risk (level 2 of 5) for severe storms over portions of northeast Missouri and a Marginal Risk (level 1 of 5) to the east and northeast. The active weather pattern will continue through the middle of the week. There is a Marginal Risk for severe storms across portions of northwest Illinois on Tuesday and a Slight Risk across the far southern portion of the outlook area on Wednesday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
