NEW MEXICO FRIDAY AFTERNOON. AS THIS FEATURE MOVES THROUGH...SUSTAINED
20-FT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 25 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH GUSTS TO 35
MPH. THIS WILL OCCUR IN AN ENVIRONMENT SUPPORTING MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES OF 15 PERCENT OR LOWER...LOW FUEL MOISTURE AND HIGH TO
VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER. CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BE
MET PARTICULARITY IN SOUTHERN HIDALGO AND LUNA COUNTIES.
