AND EARLY EVENING...

.A STRONG UPPER LOW WILL SLOWLY MOVE TOWARD THE SOUTHERN AND
CENTRAL ROCKIES ON THURSDAY WITH STRONG SOUTHWESTERLY SURFACE
WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA. LOW MOISTURE AND
STRONG WEST WINDS WILL HELP TO DROP RELATIVE HUMIDITIES BELOW 15
PERCENT FOR MOST LOCATIONS IN THE BORDERLAND BELOW 7500 FEET.
CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BE MET THURSDAY AFTERNOON
