NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 30 MPH AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY
WILL PRODUCE ELEVATED TO CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS MONDAY
AFTERNOON...ESPECIALLY ACROSS NORTHEAST SECTIONS OF THE AREA. THE
