This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North
and Central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight...

A cold front will approach northwest Georgia late tonight.
Thunderstorms will be associated with the front and will
affect portions of north and west Georgia about 3 to 6 am.
Isolated severe storms could be possible for far northwest
to west Georgia. The main hazards will be strong gusty winds
and small hail.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday...

There is a marginal risk for severe thunderstorms across much
of north and central Georgia on Thursday. The main hazards
will be damaging winds...large hail and possibly a brief tornado.

Scattered thunderstorms will remain possible Friday through
Sunday with a moist airmass in place. Isolated severe weather will
be possible with these storms...mainly in the form of damaging
winds and large hail.

A more significant cold front will move in Sunday night
and Monday. Severe weather will be a concern as a line of
organized thunderstorms accompanies the front.
