.DISCUSSION...

The the time of the prescribed bur lighter southeast winds 10 mph
or less are expected, with uncertainty on how low RH values will
fall by the afternoon. Higher low level moisture may be arriving
with a system and there is a chance RH values remain above 30
percent. However, if that system is slower, RH values may fall as
low as 25 percent in western Polk County. Rain chances do increase
by the late afternoon period, but the best chance for wetting rain
may hold off until later Tuesday night in the area of the burn.
