10 MPH. THIS WILL AFFECT I-40 BETWEEN TWIN ARROWS AND TWO GUNS.

DIME SIZE HAIL AND WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH
THIS STORM.
