...WINTER STORM WARNING IS DOWNGRADED...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FLAGSTAFF HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM MST THIS
AFTERNOON. THE WINTER STORM WARNING HAS BEEN DOWNGRADED.

* TIMING...AT 1230 AM...THE FRONTAL BAND OF PRECIPITATION WAS
  ALONG A LINE FROM KAYENTA TO PAYSON AND MOVING EAST. MODERATE
  RAIN AND SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS NORTHEAST ARIZONA THROUGH 4
  AM MST. SNOW LEVELS ARE AROUND 5500 FEET...AND WILL FALL TO 4000
  FEET DURING THE DAY MONDAY.

  AREAS WEST OF THE FRONTAL BAND TO SEE A 2 TO 4 HOUR BREAK IN
  PRECIPITATION. WIDESPREAD SNOW SHOWERS ARE OCCURRING IN THE
  COLD POOL ALOFT ACROSS MOJAVE COUNTY AND THE LAS VEGAS AREA
  NOW. THESE SHOWERS WILL MOVE FROM WEST TO EAST INTO NORTHERN
  ARIZONA DURING THE DAY MONDAY.

* GENERAL EVENT TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...AROUND 5 TO 10 INCHES
  OF NEW SNOW ARE EXPECTED AT ELEVATIONS ABOVE 5000... WITH
  LOCALLY HIGHER SNOWFALL POSSIBLE. AREAS FROM 4000 TO 5000 FEET
