* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding below Easterly
  is expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 21.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Friday afternoon and continue falling to 14.7 feet
    early Monday afternoon.

  - At 2:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 43.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 44.7
    feet early Saturday morning.
