...Preliminary Storm Survey Scheduled for tomorrow...

The National Weather Service office in Fort Worth TX will conduct
a storm survey tomorrow in Fannin, Lamar, and Delta counties. The
survey team will primarily focus on the area between Roxton and
Biardstown and the area between Enloe and Lake Creek. The survey
is in relation to the severe thunderstorms that moved through the
area on May 9, 2024.

A final assessment including results of the survey are expected
to be completed and transmitted via a Public Information Statement
by tomorrow afternoon.

A major contribution to the success of our severe weather warning
program is the receipt of storm reports from all of our customers
and partners. If you witnessed or are aware of any storm damage
due to high winds, please contact your local emergency management
office or send us pictures at: sr-fwd.webmaster@noaa.gov.
