.DISCUSSION...

Winds will be out of the north through this afternoon and will
become sustained between 15 to 20 mph by this afternoon with gusts
of 25 to 30 mph. Winds will weaken this evening and will turn more
to the east generally sustained between 5 to 10 mph. Winds will be
out of the southeast by sunrise on Wednesday and will become more
southerly during the afternoon. Wind speeds will increase to 15 to
20 mph Wednesday afternoon with gusts to 20 to 30 mph. Minimum
humidity value is expected to be around 20 percent this afternoon
and 30 to 35 percent Wednesday afternoon. There is about a 20
percent chance of rain tonight into Wednesday morning.
