BEGINNING TO DEVELOP OVER THE SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS. AT NOON...THE
GREATEST CONCENTRATION WAS OVER CENTRAL AND NORTHERN HINSDALE
COUNTY...LIKELY IMPACTING THE PAPOOSE BURN SCAR. A SMALLER AREA OF
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM OURAY AND TELLURIDE TO THE
SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST. STORMS ARE SLOW MOVING.
